Talent Evaluation is one of the core business of High Creation. We have always been devoted to researching and experiences of talent evaluation for a long term, and have been formed a set of analysis system of talents evaluation with sound system, advanced tools and huge data. Since 2005, we have provided evaluation services for more than 300,000 people of more than 500 enterprises, and have provided strong support to evaluate, select, allocate, and make use of talents for enterprises.
High Creation人才测评体系设计基本原理源于由美国著名心理学家戴维.麦克利兰(D.C.McClelland)胜任特征理论发展而来的冰山模型(Iceberg Model)。冰山模型将人员个体素质的不同表现划分为冰山水面以上部分(表面的易于观察的知识、技能)和冰山水面以下部分(深藏的自我概念、特质和动机)
Iceberg Model, developed from Competency Theory by D.C.McClelland, the famous American psychologist, is the basic principle of HCC Talent Evaluation System. It has divided the individual differences into the parts above the surface of the iceberg (knowledge and skills) and the parts below the surface (self-concept, trait and motives).

Since 2005, HCC has provided evaluation services for more than 300,000 people of more than 500 large-scale industrial enterprises, such as State Grid, CSG, PetroChina, Sinopec, China Telecom, China Mobile, CSSR and famous enterprises such as Haier and Sany Heavy Industry.
